お鍋の季節

こんにちは。
今年も早いもので、あと数日で師走。
朝晩の冷え込みも、厳しくなってまいりました。

さて、この季節にぴったりなものといえば、鍋料理。
日本に古来からある料理のひとつで、
江戸時代には、すでに食されていたとされております。

また、野菜や魚介類などを素材といているため、
低カロリーかつ、栄養も豊富で、
美容や健康にも効果が高いといわれています。


そんなわけで、今月のシーズンイベントは「鍋」にちなんだものでございます。

I'm not sure exactly why but this weblog is loading extremely slow for me. Is anyone else having this problem or is it a issue on my end? I'll check back later and see if the problem still exists.
